Just a stone's throw away you have gems like Taisho with its killer sushi, and Met Su Yan serving up some divine vegan dishes that had my taste buds dancing. Plus, the staff really made the effort to ensure we were comfortable while we were there.

On the flip side, the heat in our room was a right bother, and those thin walls meant I could hear every late-night shenanigan from the guests outside. For over £100 a night, the room definitely didn’t live up to the dreamy pictures on their site.

i had a solo stay for 1 night in a small double room, and it was actually pretty good. the room was clean and comfy with a nice view, way better than other budget hotels i've tried in london. also, the location in golders green is perfect for catching the underground to city centre or buses to stanstead and luton. didn't do breakfast since i left super early but was overall satisfied, slept well and no major issues!
